*Our office does not perform drug testing, TB tests or titres.*

We can provide lab requisitions for those tests if needed at no charge.

Department of Transportation physicals are also performed here for $65 a piece. Dr. McLeod is certified to perform these physicals by the National Certified Registry of Medical Examiners. *Effective May 21, 2014, a physician must have this certification to perform these physicals.

Pre-employment and work physicals are $25 per physical.

Sports physicals through High School are $20 per child per year with $10 being donated back to the organization or school for whom the child participates.
